England's best 11?

Honestly, Luke Shaw is a lot better than Ben Chilwell.

Pickford

Walker ----- Stones ----- Dunk --------- Shaw

---- Rice ----- Bellingham

--- Saka --------- Foden -------- Grealish

Kane

That's a great team. The bench could be something like - Ramsdale, Tomori, Chilwell, Alexander-Arnold, Maddison, Rashford, Toney which isn't half bad.

Pleased to see Eze get called up today with Nigeria sniffing around. He's a terrific player and is another brilliant option out to have out wide. Other than France and one or two others perhaps I don't think there's another nation with the strength of depth going forward that England have.

I've not seen a lot of Villa this season, but from what I can gather since Emery has been there Mings has been pretty impressive at centre back.

He would be a genuinely top defender if he didn't have his rash moments. He's been outstanding under Emery as you say.

Yes, not Pickford though Ramsdale and Pope are better.

They're completely different keepers. Pope is God awful with his feet and has already showed how bad he is with the ball in his last England cap. He was causing us havoc with his shocking attempts at passing it out. Ramsdale probably has more potential than Pickford but still has rash moments. Pickford has never let England down, even when he's not been in great form for Everton.

Why the fuck has waistcoat included our players? We're playing Malta and North Macedonia, we should be comfortable winners with any squad of premier league standard players, our lads will be going right up until a few days before these games whilst everybody else gets 2 weeks rest and if things go well they'll be having a well deserved several day bender to celebrate and this clown thinks they'll want to cut that short and go play boring dull football for him.

The correct thing to do was to announce no city players will be called up, gives respect to the city lads who have had the longest season imaginable and gives him an opportunity to try other players, its a win-win for everyone and its what would happen if any other team makes it to the final.

Hope we win the lot and the 5 of them turn up at st George's absolutely legless with their medals and carry on the party.

Well looks like it doesn’t include Sterling any more!

He needs a recharge/restart

He still has a few seasons of top level football in him,but only if he gets his mojo back and he has the desire to do so.

This season has been a write off for him, best he wasn't chosen IMO.
