England's problem

Football Association chairman Greg Dyke believes Prince Harry could have inspired England to better results if he had attended games against Italy and Uruguay, as well as the final fixture against Costa Rica. Independent

Yep, that's the man in charge at the FA and who set up a commission with Howard Wilkinson, Danny Mills and the likes on

the England problem is easy to fix

scrap the home born player rule and bring in the 3 year playing in England rule that you can play for England with a English passport most teams in international football have players who was born some place else other than there place of birth

we have many good players in the premier league who could play for England they just need to open it up and let them play

I think Dyke opened the debate as follows -

“This is a crisis. A large crisis. In fact, if you got a moment, it's a twelve-story crisis with a magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24-hour portage, and an enormous sign on the roof, saying 'This Is a Large Crisis'. A large crisis requires a large plan. Get me two pencils and a pair of underpants.”

Howard Wilkinson was 40 years behind world football 40 years ago and Danny Mills well enough said.

I like Greg Dyke, he engages his mouth before his brain, much like George W Bush, and it is good entertainment. He'll make England twice the team they are now, so expect 2pts in Russia.

In this country international success is secondary to local club success. World Cup is a diversion, a summer party. Anyone here be prepared to sacrifice MC prospects in the interests of national team?

How can someone be born in a different location to their place of birth?

Put the crack pipe down, ancoats.
