Not necessarily. There's a good chance that Chelsea are utterly in the shit financially and have to sell a big asset. Plus he's 25 now, so he's an old man in Chelsea terms, who generally don't like anyone who's old enough to vote.

I'm 100% sure that he is nowhere near Fernandinho level. He was a brilliant controller, power and very clever with it.

Fernandez is more about physicality without the finesse, and a shitty personality. Much more RM imo.
