The chant questioned the “Frenchness” of Black French players by referring to their African heritage and included homophobic language. Hard to believe that's a heat of the moment stuff.

I'd forgotten that was him. Totally agree - we'd be mad to risk upsetting one of our shining lights by going in for him.

I'm surprised by just how low his duels winning percentage and recoveries are. I haven't really seen much of Chelsea this season other than our games but he'd always struck me as quite a combative player who loved to get a foot in when I'd watched him previously.

Are his stats for other seasons similar or is it a consequence of him playing further forward this year.
