How much of our money is going to be used to try and make the case go away I wonder?
Evidence that he was a sweaty sod would point to dishonesty but he is under no obligation to provide any information that could incriminate himself, that is the role of the accuser beyond reasonable doubt in a criminal trial and to a lesser extent of balance of probability in a private prosecution. This isn't a criminal trial.
They have asked him to provide evidence of his sweating issue because absence of it points to him being dishonest during an interview with an international news network.
It’s about discrediting his version of events as accurate, the jury will be entitled to make a decision on the basis of who is a more trustworthy person and on the balance of probability.

They have a witness who says they saw him in the nightclub that night. He denies ever going to the nightclub. He needs to be able to counter that witness.Surely the burden of proof is on the accuser.
Andrew keeps looking for ways to stop it going to court. It's obvious he's fucked as he's trying every technicality our lawyers (were paying for them) can find.
Appears to have got his wish - however the allegation still stands and he had not defended himself publicly so the whiff of nonce will still surround him
Prince Andrew accuser’s 2009 deal with Jeffrey Epstein made public
It shows Virginia Giuffre agreed not to sue anyone who could be described as a "potential defendant".www.bbc.co.uk
I suspect that may be the conclusion that the general public reaches and he’ll become persona non grata.Didn't he say he wasn't a close friend of Epstein's... now he is relying on deal struck by his friend?

I think many currently hold him in low regard, but if he ‘wins‘ in such a manner, then in the eyes of many more he will be permanently regarded as toxic. What do you do with him?He already is, but it ought to cost him a few quid as well.
