It was mentioned in his player thread that he was back in training.

Ironically, given our discussion, he’s likely being kept out of the squad in the cup games by Garcia (and Sandler).

And rightly so, he definitely doesn't have a future here whereas both those players possibly do. Even in league and CL they should be ahead of him as even if they hurt performances we can benefit in the long run.

Agreed — I would always have them both ahead of him when fit.

Still, I do feel sorry for him, especially as his plight hits close, as I did with Bojinov.
