1) Who is going to be the President & board, you mean?
No idea. Perhaps Font (Especially if he aligns with Laporta) with Xavi & potentially Puyol
2) How many Candidates and what are their chances of Winning?
Only candidates declared already were Font & Bartomeu's handpicked successor (Rousaud) who was pushed out of the current board so safe to say he is no longer a consideration. I think/hope someone outside of Barto & Rosell's sphere of influence will emerge since there is growing discontent with the board (Long overdue)
3) So will Pep play Eric Garcia until he leaves on a free in 2021?
I believe the approach for any club/coach is to convince a player of your project & plan for the player. Obviously Eric bought into it else he wouldn't have left Barca in 2017 when it was clear the club valued him. Would Pep relegate him to the bench if he is intent on leaving? I don't believe Pep is vindictive like this, especially when it comes to La Masia players - he knows their plight better than most. But he's also manager of City so I suspect he would already begin to plan for life without him if his intentions are indeed to leave - although that doesn't preclude Guardiola from still getting the most out of him while he's there, just that he'd have to plan for a replacement.
4) How tall is Eric Garcia?
Listed as 1.83m, how accurate is that? No idea
5) On what date Did Eric Garcia turn 19 years old?
DOB is 09.01.2001
6) What's the "common requirement" to be a successful CB in England?
Not my area of interest as to what, if any, is the most common requirement for a central defender in Premiership. I know Garcia's strengths & weaknesses and he continues to reflect the great talent he has always been at Barca - so there'd always be a future for him at the club.
7) And despite this, how Much game time did Eric Garcia get in the 1st team compared to other young CB on Barca's books?
City benefit from continuity of management & coach - Barcelona are on their 3rd coach since Eric left, possibly a 4th before a potential return. Continuity and sporting direction factor into that which also had a great deal to do with Eric's decision to leave in the first place. But as I have said earlier, one thing you can count on in life is change and dynamics of the club are in flux. Plus, cantera players (Especially Catalans) are drawn to return - you don't have to accept or like it but it's a reality.
As for the rest of your comments - Rumours and the entorno at Barcelona are nothing new, some are more credible than others but few are legitimately 1st tier - Oriol Domenech is one of them which is why I take his info more seriously than any of the other rumours ongoing atm. That and the fact that Lautaro is a priority, the rest is media fodder the board & agents use to manipulate the market
Plus, Domenech spoke about it and the substance of it came from the player's camp - it did not emanate from Barca or local media
