Big difference is Otamendi is fantastic at heading. Garcia wins less than 50%.
I'll take that big difference

Has anyone wondered whether FCBarca is actually Garcia himself? - has he ever posted whilst Garcia is actually at a game? - if he has then he is probably Garcia's Mum!
if all that was the case why would Pep play him at all.
I know because we always seem to never have a list of 25 in the squad and given our poor injury record particularly under Pep we are short on numbers in fact 13 from the first team squad were available on Saturday if you include Steffen but Pep must still see something in him to make him start as opposed to be on the bench and not give him any game time as he has done to others this season.
Sorry mate - I don’t really understand your point.
Until he told us he wanted out, I don’t think the attitudinal issues were there. Pep was playing him because he liked the player. And I agreed with him - I thought he had something despite his evident physical limitations.
Since then, in appears to me his attitude and professionalism haven’t been right. And when he’s had an alternative - like at Wolves - Pep has left him on the bench.
But against Lyon - and again against Leicester - we’ve had no alternatives due to injury. And we’ve paid by getting pretty lacklustre performances back in return. Hardly surprising given he doesn’t want to be here - but disappointing, for a Pep as much as anyone I’m sure.

He struggles against pace.
He is a very neat player who in a good team will look good when in possession and things going well. As soon as thongs start going wrong however he turns into Ottamendi and the rest of our defence.
I think you’re right, however I can’t help but feel you might be slightly biased given your user nameYou could add braver, stronger, more aggressive, taller, capable of being dominant, and even being dangerous in the opposition penalty area... but I don't want to play Garcia down too much.
After all he's an average passer, has captained youth teams and looks great in a helmet.
Yeah, not saying he is the problem, I just don't think he is this great centre back we need.Looks like as good as anyone in our back four at present (LOL) in that case.
