I completely agree with your assessment and City’s stance. The message we are putting out there is if you mess us about then be prepared to be messed about by us. Napoli pulled a fast one with the Jorginho deal so we let them hang onto to their 29 year centre back then dropped them with no way to go. Barca used dirty tricks to keep Messi against his will so we lead them to believe we would snap their fingers off for Garcia then said their offer was too low with no time to think or renegotiate the finances of the deal.

Well done city. Any club big or small will think twice before trying it with us.

Sell Champion League proven player Angelino for like 18m.

Sell highly rated Championship defender Tosin for 2m, who desired to play for the club and represent us.
