If you want to bring back Garcia to make the squad numbers up ok, but by the sounds of it, Barca think he is some sort of 2nd coming.

The kid is good, but a regular at City or Barca, I think not, at least not for a couple of seasons.

to be fair, he’s been quite the regular for us since before lockdown.
