How is it bullying? The momentum it’s gathered, I’d say both parties, Ferran and Barca, have had contact with each other. If the player wants to go and play for them then he should be allowed to. It is Barca after all, which to him will be a huge pull.

Funny from Torres. Before the man city move, he did an interview with a Spanish paper, saying Valencia was the club of his heart and he would never play for another Spanish team. The only Spanish team he would play for was Valencia as he had grown up there and it would be direspectful to the fans to play for another team in Spain. That he would only move to a team outside of Spain.

He's also apparently wanted to go back to Valencia at the end of his career, but they despise him for leaving them when they were struggling. They'll despise him even more for moving to Barca if he does. I don't think iv seen a player come from an academy that is now hated as much as Torres is by Valencia fans.

I do wonder about players with long term contracts that can so swiftly want to do something outwith the bounds on their contract. He has not even begun his career for us and he wants to go home?
