Every time I see this thread jump in pages I feel like significant news has broken, alas still nothing!

It's like waking up with glorious wood only to realise there isn't a Victoria's Secret model lying next to you.

If it’s true that haaland would prefer the move to Madrid then what’s the point in signing a player who doesn’t want to be at our club and I would imagine pep feels the same and that will be why I don’t think we will go for him in the end .

Don't think they will get both Haaland and Mbappe.
The "boatload" of "Galactico" days are gone......remember 2009? (I think)....they shifted about 15 players and brought in..
Ronaldo,Kaka,Benzema,Arbeloa,Alonso,Garay,Granero and Albiol.

Get that mate,what I'm saying is,if Mbappe goes to Madrid,I don't think Haaland will entertain it,IMO.

I do like him and as previously mentioned perhaps one criticism of the current City squad is they're all a bit too nice, polite and easy going on the pitch and we could perhaps do with someone who is a bit more fiery.
Bu I do worry if his temperament could see him getting regularly wound up and sent off in the PL if he's not playing for one of the favoured teams who play in red.

That's just not true. No team in the world bullies City. We give as much as we get to them all. The likes of Walker, Laporte, Dias, Rodri, Bernado...all of them really. They are tough as old boots.

What we have is iron discipline: we don't retaliate, we don't lose our rags, we don't get stupid sendings off. It's one of Pep's qualities which goes under the radar. On the occasions when a player slips these standards, like Walker the other week, he comes down like a ton of bricks.

Don't think that would go down too well with Mbappe.....he will want to be king of Madrid.......remember his sulking with Griezmann at the Euros?
My guess is,he goes to Madrid on the condition Haaland doesn't......just opinion mate.
So for me,if Mbappe does end up at Madrid,Haaland is ours.......that's just me guessing though.

Could be right . I know a lot on here would love to sign him and yes I think he would score lots for us but I just think we will break our structure to get him and then it could issues within the camp .
