It's strange that people who thrive and aspire for financial betterment in this life are treated with disdain by others who are, for all intents and purposes, bone idle. He had the kind of ambition that none of his detractors will ever possess.

We all need villains, and they are usually no more than people doing an outstanding job for 'the other side'.

Mino was a very clever man. For all we plebs know, his last act might have been to help Erling towards us.
