A German newspaper has just published an email with the name of the sender redacted. The email says "We'll come to Barcelona on Thursday morning and talk to your reps but then we're going on to Madrid to talk to them. We're only in Spain for a day because we know the two of you can't put a deal together anything like the one City are offering, and that's where the kid's heart is set on going anyway. Signed (Redacted)

But if he agrees terms with City the other clubs won't make bids of any amount

They will, if they still think they can tempt him in the time it takes City and dortmund to reach, or.not reach a deal.

Literally happens all the time, in both directions. A player agrees terms with a club, but no.agreement is reached, and player then agrees terms with another club and goes there. Happens the other way too, club accepts offer on a player, but he hasnt agreed terms yet, another club comes in with better terms and then offers to the club and they accept too.

It will all be in play, until it is agreed by all 3 partie needed, unless the player is strong and clear with what he wants.

Dortmund are the biggest bullshitters in football when it comes to selling players. Lots of clubs do it to an extent but Dortmund are the type of club who can release a statement saying "there is no chance Haaland is leaving this summer" on a Monday and sell him on Thursday. That statement they put out is worth no more than a bloke in the corner of the pub saying we're definitely signing Isco.

So you’re saying theres a chance?
