Which players would be leaving ?
I think Mahrez will go - game time
Aguero - contract ends ( think he will sign an extra year IF Messi signs)
I think Mendy will go - possible loan
Fernandinho- contract ends ( rumours of a coaching role on table)
That’s just off the top of my head.
There’s Harrison, Angelino,& Braaf all out on loan as well.

I'm not a gambling man, but does anyone know the odds on City winning the Prem this season and next season?

I've just watched the second best team in the country beat West Ham in the cup, and they are nowhere near our level with any combination of players they could put out.
1/12 best price this season. Next season no higher than 11/8 depending on transfer targets. Could be as low as 4/6. Answer to your question best price 6/4. Lowest price 4/5. But the one thing for sure you want get rich backing City.

I was referring to the front 3 positions. There is real possibility that Aguero extends if Messi signs and that makes it a total of 8 players (including Haaland) in 3 positions. Mahrez doesn't seem unhappy here and he is still starting in important games. We'll have to force Mahrez out and also another player.

IF we go for both Haaland and Messi, then one of Agüero/Mahrez/Jesus would have to leave.

True, but even without the Blue tints,i dont see a better choice than us for the lad.

Its the perfect timing in every respect, his style is also perfect for the Prem,he could, and probably will,be a legend here.

I see this happening.

I was surprised when it was posted he was serious about United in the past. That makes me question his or his Dad’s decision making process

It would be a good send of for aguero if he leaves with the league title but I'd like one more year of him, wont be too perturbed if jesus wants to leave, we may get a good deal for him too

If we got both of them , I would think Jesus would want out, not sure he would want to be a long term back up.

I think it makes sense that if Jesus doesn't want to be a backup pretty much all his career then he needs to move. If we get Haaland Messi, Serg a one year extension and then that takes potentially Delap to being 19/20 and a few years as understudy to Haaland / Messi. Then when Messi leaves we would need to re visit where we are.

well i bet Haaland will be happy to hear that he is plan B....how to make the lad feel wanted!

Real Madrid cannot spend the kind of money it'll take to buy Haaland or Mbappe this summer without selling a shit load of players for a ridiculous fee. That's not happening in a COVID summer.

Also from Haaland's point of view - forget the Plan B stuff - Zidane is having a terrible season and Madrid look bereft of any confidence or plan. Their last big signing has been an enormous flop.

Think with Haaland my catchphrase until the summer will be 'focus on the football'. I believe that's what will decide things - not money and not reputation, but actual footballing potential.

I think if this does not happen.

The only reason will be because we can not stand his Agent.

He might have to get rid of Raiola, like Lukaku did.

Linked to the Haaland pursuit of course, but the Lukaku talk is getting louder each week...

Not sure about him, to be honest. If we are going all out for Haaland in the summer, why would we be looking at him, unless he's plan B? Also, I'd assume he wouldn't be a particularly cheap option. He also strikes me as not particularly clinical in front of goal.

I just cannot see this in any way happening. He is about as far from a Pep player as you can get, nothing more than a big lump bully with a shit touch and not much other than physicality and a decent left foot to his game.
