Looks like he and Foden already get on pretty well.
Really hope he comes home to us.
He’s a proper beast of a centre forward.

based on what your saying stones and cancelo would have been sold. Sterling has proven over a few years how good he is for us. Would make no sense at all to sell him because of one average season. Could easily win us a trophy this season

I'm not saying get rid because of poor form.
Sterling has proved he has class & will again.
I just think City might have a certain approach - as we need a striker to replace Aguero.
A feat Almost impossible to achieve.
Our club record scorer & the highest scoring foreign player ever to play in England.
Foden can offer just as many goals & assists on less of a wage & others can play on the wing too & offer something.
For me It's about economics during a financial loss in a Pandemic.
Àguero leaving frees up one of the biggest wages at the club & getting £ for Sterling & not paying his wages also would give us a good bit if capital to spend.
Haaland being fed by De Bruyne & Foden etc would bring more goals than our current team with Sterling in it I think.
We need a striker & City do waste too many chances in front of goal.
Getting a class finisher like Haaland would surely improve our conversion rate?
It's all conjecture as not many clubs could afford Sterling & his wages & many other factors. We cannot afford to pay for a big signing unless we sell due to the 120M Loss over the last year.
That's the only way I see us getting enough £ together to get a top level striker like Haaland or Kane, Mbabbe etc

The fact that this has happened a second time, should be getting a lot more attention. They clearly don't want the cameras to pick up what they are saying. This is very common among many players across all professional sports.

Over the 2 legs we mostly nullified him but there were a few occasions where he sprung into life and caused some proper mither.

His round the corner pass for their goal in the first leg was off the scale.

His run and overpowering of Stones for their goal last night was very impressive.

Yeah, we kept him "quiet" but he still managed to feature heavily in both their goals.

Going to be a fucking monster.

Get him signed City.
Exactly, yet some are unbelievably claiming he did nothing.....which is very odd.He is also the only player i have witnessed bully Dias, for that alone he needs signing!

A spine of Dias,Rodri and Haaland makes us monstrous in every respect.

But who would buy him? Who has 70 million this summer?
Real Madrid could always manage that and he has said previously that he'd like to play there. Personally I could see this happening as Raheem has been immense for us but I just don't see how he fits anymore when we've got others such as Foden who can do the same or a better job.

All hypothetical but 70m is way undervalued.

I think the former is correct. Don't underestimate how fekced some clubs are around Europe - R Madrid included. Then you also have to factor in some of the smaller clubs that will be fekced and the general impact that will have on the market. The valuation is a big unknown for any player this summer.

Foden is saying to him" dont step in again between 2 players or I will smack you in the mouth, you little shitbag"

It is totally naive to write off big clubs spending big and having no money. Never been an issue before.

I don't see us selling sterling, no way. Not becsuse other clubs have no money, but because our club want him here.

Regardless, 70m is a ridiculous selfselected hypothetical undervaluation of our player, just like 15m for zinchenko is, or other such examples, in a market where harry kane is assumed to be worth 120m and other players go for big asking fees.

Thats all I'll say on this somewhat pointless tangent.

Madrid aren’t going to hand over 70m to us this season for a player they don’t want or need. Sterling isn’t going anywhere
