Erling Haaland

I hate that site tbh but I'd say the biggest reason is waiting to get him at the buyout price rather than an additional 60m+

I still hope the Kane deal wasn't that serious, I would have hated to see us sign him for 100m never mind 150m that their dickhead chairmen thought he was worth.

Let's face it, currently they are shite and in the last 8 years have won fook all. They should be no where near this kind of quality and if they didn't have such a relevant name in the sport, due to the constant arse lacking media, they'd be battling Newcastle for players.

Sadly they've STILL have a chance to sign players that City would like.

Any player with just one working brain cell would be brighter enough not to answer the phone when the scum come calling.....
Or any player that can play “glory, glory Man Utd” on an untuned piano…

Fucking hope we don't sign Vlahovic instead of Erling.

I will be sending my season card back or swapping it for one at Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge. At least they have Ronaldo and Lukaku.

If the rumors about Vlahovic wanting to stay in Italy and go to Juventus are true that could be key for us going all out for Haaland. I don’t think Spurs sell Kane without getting a new striker first and apparently they are interested in Vlahovic. If he stays in Italy, I think Kane stays at Spurs, then Soriano, Txiki & co. should throw everything at Haaland.

If Haaland chooses to go elsewhere after Vlahovic stays in Italy and Levy declares Kane not for sale then obviously this scenario isn’t great because we haven’t really been linked to any other proper strikers.

But can Juventus afford him?

Juve always seems to find a way to get a deal done. In the summer he’ll only have a year left on his contract so he could go for a little cheaper than what’s currently being quoted. Apparently his agent is an ass, so if Vlahovic does have his heart set on Juve I think they’ll find a way.

Yep, absolutely. Can't understand these threads. Players like this guy never come to us. Absolutely never. Ever.

Ever.
Until they do, it’s like sometimes things can come together and circumstances change. I have no idea if he will come, but there is a chance. Anyone stating he definitely will or he definitely won’t is taking a 50/50 punt. Why I haven’t a clue.

No idea what that has to do with signing the likes of Haaland.
Your point is stupid and silly. We wanted the best manager and got him. We have been involved in negotiations of Messi, Mbappe, Ronaldo and Kane, all didn’t happen but not for lack of trying. These, for better or worse, would have been marquee signings. And we’ll try again when we need the most in a position where the options are few and we can’t fuck around. Look at the lineup today when it’s announced and you will see that every player in every position starts for a major national team. This is how our team is built. And it’s for this level that a striker will be signed. It may be that we don’t sign Haaland but it’s not because “we don’t sign these type of big players” or whatever cliche
