He did. But just can’t see him playing there on a regular basis. Anyway loads of options eh.

Given the way we play I think of it as a front five with most of the players able to play in multiple positions. It is quite incredible:Sooner, or later, people will realise that our strength is having a squad of top-class players who work for the common good, and not for themselves. If we are lucky enough to get a player like Haaland, he will be a part of a front line that includes Grealish, Foden, Mahrez, KDB, Sterling, Bernardo, Delap and others. He won't play 70 games a season, but he will be an important part of a team that does.
No way grealish over mahrezederson
walker
stones
dias
cancelo
rodri
de bruyne
bernardo silva
foden
grealish
haaland
fuck that team would cause some damage!
That is by far his weakest position.
Imagine if we don't sign him? Tolmie will be strung up by his bollocks, poor Tolme : (Media meltdown when he signs. They were crying when we went after Kane and Jack. Kleenex at the ready.
Anywhere ahead of the back four and he's still going to be one of the best on the pitch.
Think long term Foden will play centrally in midfield. Maybe not next year though.Hasnt it been said phil prefers the right?
