i heard today that haaland will sign for manchester city on a 5 year deal with options and clauses, next week ?
one of the clause is a buyout deal set at £150million after 3 seasons if he is not settled in manchester or a change of manager (pep)

also after 5 years wants a choice of moving or staying on with full control by himself with another signing on fee depending on the length of the contract ?

i don't see haaland wanting to leave once he is settled and winning silverware ? its just the life after pep he wants to see what the club do and bring in has manager
@tolmie's hairdoo said to expect these rumours but added that there is categorically no buy out clause so I would question the source but you never know.

He's worth 150m already what would be the point of that?

Has any player in the premier league ever had a buy out clause, obviously the Suarez one wasn't enforceable

yeah i completely agree. i think if/when it comes to the point Erling wants to join then City should highlight this, the bale treatment and the hostile fans etc. and then point out what we’ve done for Vinnie, Kun, David etc. and that he can go and risk it all for Real or stay here and be loved for the rest of time at a club his Dad is already loved at. obviously we’re biased about all of this but to me it’s a no brainer. go and be another one of the great players to be at madrid with the risk that things don’t go well or stay at city and keep winning things and breaking records etc. with a fan base who will always love you
...until you miss your first sitter. Then you can fuck off

Is it the voices in your head again?

So let me get this straight, having courted and tapped him up for nigh on five years, Madrid are suddenly learning Mbappe wants to own 100 per cent of his image rights?

Sounds Kosher. Sounds more like Madrid mouthpieces trying to spin a last yarn out of it!

Just never came up mate
