yea that struck me to, my lad and i were talking about it saying the same as you 'lots of true blues couldnt get tickets but loads and loads of half and half scarfs everywhere. As we walked up from the blue carpark they must have been about 40 school kids all with half and half scarfs in a big group with i guess their teachers, some where chanting utd utd utd. And how thankful we should be to those studenty foreign types who turn up for Champions League games. Just going off the number of them that have replaced the long tenured season ticket holders near me for CL games gives quite a good indication of both the growing interest in our great club, and the empty seats there would be if they hadn't replaced said season ticket holders.
