The so called phone ticket thing has been a success for me.The banter between South and Kippax yesterday was a laugh............."Who the fuckin hell are you?"
Watford calling our support shit when they filled the lower tier only and about 4 in the 2nd ....funny.
There is no rivalry with them either so no motivation and cruising the match doesnt help......think many are nervous about us slipping up too.
It emptied fast yesterday and lots of no shows. People were leaving in every single part of the stadium.
As I've previously said it has been going on years even at Maine Road in the 70's not just since the 90's and will never ever stop but it seems to be getting worse not better.
The phone ticket thing is a joke...bring back cards
Sort out the transport system.
Took me an hour to travel 5 miles yesterday...Ashton New Road is a car park up to the Snipe.
I have left early once since moving to the new stadium and it made a huge difference.
Let’s be honest, early leavers are mostly selfish with no regard for the bigger picture when it comes to atmosphere.
I say mostly as there will always be a few cases of people who have to travel back to the other end of the country or to their daughters birthday party but for the most part it’s a choice and it has infected us like a virus in terms of atmosphere and general attitude towards not turning up, turning up late, going to the bar early etc.
Age old argument though, it’ll never change as they’ll never be told what to do, free country etc as they always say when people complain about it.
You do everything in life exactly to the law and the letter do you? Perhaps North Korea is more for you.Let’s be honest, early leavers are mostly selfish with no regard for the bigger picture when it comes to atmosphere.

Take those words to the letter if you want mate, but you know what I’m getting at. They don’t want to listen to reasons why it’s just shit behaviour for a fan base. Absolutely dreadful the scenes like that yesterday. Probably 30,000 had left with over 5 minutes playing time remaining. You do everything in life exactly to the law and the letter do you? Perhaps North Korea is more for you.
I will give you one example yesterday as to why people were leaving early, that wind ! It was freezing during second half and most like me were dressed for a nice spring afternoon, but Christ it was cold
But life has changed so much in the last 20/30 years. People have concerts, meals and family events booked on Saturday nights and it just isn’t possible sometimes to get back home and change in time if you leave at the whistle. There will be all sorts of reasons why people need to get away early and it’s really none of our business. Enough people stay behind, me included, to applaud the players whatever the result. The players understand that fans have lives too.Take those words to the letter if you want mate, but you know what I’m getting at. Yeah, because they're shit af now. Losing week after week, Why would they stay? when they were good under Fergie, hardly any would leave early during title run ins and close games, I'm talking about the Etihad. We play the best football ever played in English football history imo and our atmosphere is still bad, the passion is still lacking. We are in an epic title race with scousers and fans always leave early regardless of the score. Doesn't really matter anyway, the players proved last season they don't need an atmosphere or passionate to win the league or big CL games. Thank God we have Pep.Sorry but Old Trafford is exactly the same............I've driven past on home games and they are leaving in droves before final whistle.
City fans have no passion for our club? Get to fuck boss
Nash sod lol
i do but it should have been better . the dippers would have scored 8 at least .Bonkers mate.
Before the match loads said they'd be happy with a shitty 1 nil win!
You should just enjoy and appreciate the points were in the bag

I have a nice high up seat on east stand level 1 but at 80 minutes I started to feel the heat of the sun and suddenly realised how hot many people lower down the terraces would have been all game especially those who wrapped up, the same when it’s pissing down. When the team decides to manage the game out I can see why many fans decide to bolt. Many of those low seats are shit views in the first place.
