I thought the atmosphere was ok. Not the best we could ever have but considering it was v Sunderland with 10 players in their own half at 0-1, I think it would be similar at most grounds.

I think the style of football we are going to play under pep will probably mean we will win another 18 home games but with 75%+ possession.its going to be dull to watch
I suspect we are going to see the same sort of atmosphere in 17 of those games

Its a change for sure as a one off I didn't enjoy it sort of 5 passes to cut out the Sunderland centre forward before we starred to attack ,technically very good yes ,I love good fast direct skilfully attacking ,using the wingers
Think we had 77% and managed 4 shots on target ,its not going to pump up the crowd
Strangely enough the only bit of excitement on Saturday was kolorovs run ,never thought I'd say that.

The only way it will get resolved is 1) get some of the old chants/songs going again 2) get some new chants/songs.....but then it needs people to do it and it seems most can't be arsed. Thought Saturday was flat as fuck with most of the noise coming from the Mackems, understandable as they were the hard-core away fans much like when we go away. Desperately need some new stuff though, with Manuel gone and Vinny and Pablo out of the team that's effectively 3 songs out of the window...... Shame, we could have a right party home and away so lets hope things improve

Genuine question would you find it fascinating for 1 game or all 19 games,,?
Does the result become more important than watching a blood and thunder exciting game that pumps the crowd up ?

Said the same we've lost half our songs also,Mancini ,ballotelli,yaya,Argentinian blues ,nasri,hart you think about it we haven't got a lot left to go at !

I'd like to think so, yes. The movement and inter play with and without the ball was a joy to watch. As we get accustomed to the system we will create more chances, which in turn will make us more exciting to watch, if I can use that word.
Arsenal fans watched a brilliant game of blood and thunder football yesterday, but ultimately got no points out of it. I'm willing to bet that to a man, they would trade that game in for one that returns three points.
