you are indeed, the whole point really. I hope your future posts will not reflect your namesake quite so accurately.Blue Streak said:pfazz said:Anyone know if there is going to be a big public opening when CFA is ready go, seems like an ideal opportunity for some positive publicity for a change.
Am I missing something here? why do people think we are going to open our new training ground in a blaze of publicity? As wonderful as it is and as good as the facilities are, at the end of the day it's a training ground. City aren't the only club building a world class training ground and if was Spurs/Southampton/Leicester I wouldn't be interested in watching it so I wouldn't expect likewise.

Or one of the distribution managers at their wigan depot as stated, it not gonna be for a while, but it seems like it's more than just a rumour.

He simply said the announcement in the new year will show the clubs commitment to manchester. I am convinced it is the asda news and the announcement of what is going on the collar site. He woudlnt tell me exactly what it was but this guy is in his mid 50s and near the top of the tree with regard to East Manchester development. Exciting times.

Thanks for adding your insightful assumptions where you declare your thoughts on the 'surprise, assurance, more than likely and bollox'.
Basically you know as much or less than every other fooker on here so why try and score points off someone who may have been told info by someone who actually knows whats happening?
Just saying.

I may be missing something here, but looking at that programme forthe start Oct 2015 one, the work should already have started October 2014, so that looks unlikely.

That's a good point - I think its a fuck up on the Gantt Chart bars - elsewhere in the document it talks about building it straight after the South Stand or leaving it a year before starting

I think it's a case of mistakingly naming the South Stand as the North Stand. The dates for me all add up for option 1 that relate to the current building work.
Unless I am missing something also. :S
