Went last night and was stood on the pitch. Gotta say that 3rd tier at the south stand end looks very impressive from pitch level. So much steeper than the sides....

Is this moving stuff to expand the North stand then ? Also what is City Pulse ?

Doesn't look like it. The application mentions "City Street" so looks like the perimeter Road is being used more. Betting kiosks are being included and City Pulse is an touchscreen kiosk which will display team news and stats

Thanks, working now, yes so not expansion related by the looks of it.

There are some missing rows at the front of the Colin Bell stand by the dug outs. I seem to recall that these were out "on hold" for building as Pellegrini wasn't impressed with the new sight lines. Does anyone know what's happening with these now? might add nearly 200 to capacity if they move the dugouts and add those extra couple of rows of seats.
