i bow to your superior knowledge but that makes no sense unless its going to be the biggest and best statium in world football, hope i am around to see it will be 68 by then.
A growing hunch. It only makes sense to people who value prestige just as highly at the incredible cash resources they have.
Not only is the stadium starting to fall behind new developments and building concepts (capacities) it's also becoming increasingly expensive to work with what we have.
Estimates put the cost of the South Stand addition at £80m.
Another £200m will be needed to just make the planned extensions.
I'll caveat it, the present footprint of the stadium may alter drastically, grabbing a lot from the existing surrounding land.
