The End of Free on Street Parking within walking distance of the Etihad
The proposals are to extend the existing parking scheme near the Etihad Stadium to operate every day from 12 noon to 11pm, and include all of the surrounding streets' These proposals will see the end of all on street parking in both none residential and residential areas alike at all locations...

The drone video is mainly about the Etihad stadium. Towards the end of the video the Coop Live Arena comes into shot.(screen grab below)

If you use your imagination, picture the Coop Live Arena built, the North Stand expanded, with a Hotel, Museum, if it’s outside the expanded North Stand, a new City Square Plaza, and at some point in the future, hopefully I’m still alive by then(56 this year), a mixed-use development on the Collar Site.

Thanks for the update, It really is starting to look impressive.
On on other note, it would be good if the drone man could do a fly over on the development on the site of the old Hyde Road ground to see what they have unearthed.
New housing development on the old Hyde Road Stadium site
Just been past the Hyde Road Stadium site on the train and noticed that they have started the ground works for the new housing development. It also looks like they have/are doing an archaeological dig where one of the stands once stood and they have uncovered what looks part of a foundation...
