Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.

Is there any prospect of adding more seats at the bottom of the stadium (and lowering the pitch further) so the first row is closer to the pitch? I think it helps the atmosphere to have fans right on top of the players, though I guess there may be structural reasons which mean it couldn't work?

Can anyone tell me if the "Tunnel" for Coaches to enter underneath the CB Stand is still there.? Maybe Away teams still enter that way.
OR , has the moving the dressing rooms altered - underneath the CB Stand.
Hope I am explaining this correctly. I remember the Buses from the Kippax car park taking fans to the Commonwealth Stadium to get a look at City's proposed
new move - in 2002 I think - after the Games finished , obviously..

Don't forget. :-)

I can't wait to see what the plans are for the Etihad Campus surrounding the stadium. It's been a very long wait, with lots of rumours and false dawns, but it looks like we could be nearly there?

Remember this? Obviously a very early massing concept.

Intriguing. The club need to really sell themselves to corporate clients so getting some sort of state of the art conference centre alongside the other facilities would be something I hope they look at. Global clients coming over, attending a conference then enjoying a City game with corporate tickets sold for a fuck load to increase club profits. Meanwhile leisure facilities that entice tourists to the area and more fairly priced tickets in a further expanded stadium that can be offered due to increased take up on corporate tickets.

Failing that a Universal Studios resort Manchester will do.

Hotel and conference centre, Retail, Cinema, Education and sporting centre for Manchester uni. What else do you think we can get on there?

supercity88. There were supposed to be plans out forward to increase the capacity of the North Stand 2/3yrs after they had done the South Stand. That seems to have been put on the back burner. It is about high time that that was now brought into being. Hopefully by increasing the capacity they should be able to bring down the price of the season tickets.

They try and maximise revenue not give it away. The North stand extension could be part of the development.
