Watching last night the LED boarding around the bottom of the stands looked different - is this the new supersize version?
Yes but Maine Road was full. That would still only be 50% full going off their average attendances. We had similar average attendances to Inter and Milan in the third tier.
Looked like the old ones were in use but the new ones are installed but not in use behind themWatching last night the LED boarding around the bottom of the stands looked different - is this the new supersize version?
Me tooi still dream of a single tier in one end

Thanks for posting this. This is one story which will not receive any coverage in the UK press because it's not happening in London and doesn't fit the negative media narrative about the impact our club is having in its home city. You can imagine a few journos looking for an angle which supports their fantasy "sportwashing" story and then thinking: "This won't get any clicks."BAM - Linkedin.
Construction of the UK’s largest entertainment arena in Manchester has started this week, kickstarting a wave of economic activity and job creation across Greater Manchester. Co-op Live is being built by Salford-based BAM Construct UK, who have revealed that almost £150 million of the construction orders have already been placed with local firms.
Ian Fleming, Director of BAM Construction in the North West: ‘The highly digital way we work allows us to achieve the sustainability demanded by the most ambitious clients in the world and it attracts young entrants to our profession. Working smarter means working safer for those 2,000 people that will cross our boundary and using technology and techniques like off-site manufacturing. We rely on the quality of our supply chain here in the North West and how well we work with them to integrate all these elements together. Greater Manchester has got the talent and resources we need, and it means BAM’s work here for this northern landmark will boost the local economy and bring big social benefits for people living here, all of which is a source of great pride to me.’

i still dream of a single tier in one end
Anyone know where I can access aerial photos of Bradford/Eastlands area pre our arrival and most recently please.
Thanks guys.
Looks a little wierd with ball boy in between. Looking forward to the dog advert chasing them..The new advertising screens around the pitch make them look massive
Electrical infrastructure upgrade is next.Whats being built or planned to be be built ? Or is everything completed that we know about other than the arena ?
Is the Beswick / Connell 6th form / Sports Science Stuff all completed ? google maps seems to show a construction site and lots of waste ground and I think an empty building that was supposed to be turned into something was it an old police station
Electrical infrastructure upgrade is next.
It may not be exciting, but without doing an infrastructure upgrade you can't extend the North Stand or significantly upgrade the stadium. Not very exciting then or are we building a nuclear power plant ?
Bloody huge. 6 foot tall easily. The new advertising screens around the pitch make them look massive
