It’s a good venue for gigs and boxing but I’ve never paid any attention to Leeds Arenas aesthetics (or lack of them) and I’ve been loads of times.

Not sure what you are are seeing here ? Leeds Arena like every other Arena in the UK looks crap, and is a terrible one sided venue for music.Yes think they've definitely missed a trick with the external design. Leeds FD Arena has become a landmark. View attachment 42015
Even worse then.I love it. And there's a Wetherspoons next door!

Ahh, you're on the wum. You shouldn't have mentioned Weatherspoons, you had me going with that blob on the landscape that you claimed to love.I love it. And there's a Wetherspoons next door!

Where's the helipad ?
yeah is closed at the start of April, all marquees have gone, the issue they have is there is currently nowhere for them to move the containers to, but it should be gone by the end of the season so all car parks are open for the concerts.Could be wrong?
Think the Covid testing centre on the back car park is going?

Leeds is great for gigs. Like a roman amphitheater, much better than a rectangle. However not as flexible a venue obviously…

I personally think Leeds Arena is not that great for gigs ( and have been to lots of gigs there ). The standing capacity there far too small for an Arena.Leeds is great for gigs. Like a roman amphitheater, much better than a rectangle. However not as flexible a venue obviously…
