Etihad Campus, Stadium and Collar Site Development Thread

Just noticed with Wembley and the 02 in London both have outlet stores attached to developments with
02
Wembley

Both have restaurants and other leisure activities as well

The nearest outlet village to Manchester is Chesire Oaks

"Manchester Designer Outlet "

Agree.

The last thing we need is another (mini) retail park on the Collar site.

The unofficial plan/proposal for the Collar site has always been for a world class leisure destination.

Hard to miss?

Not much different to the Arndale centre of Print Works etc. More to do with the increased housing shooting up all around the ground, rather than getting fans into Haribo World. Some of the restaurants don't serve alcohol too, and Chicken Hotdogs.
