If I've got one minor gripe, I don't like that end of the arena, and the big blank corner wall. The rest of the arena internally looks superb. I appreciate those are the entrances and exits for the people standing on the arena floor.

Why does it look so small inside. Don't know why but the men arena appears huge inside

Plan for electric vehicles on Peak District railway. The battery-powered vehicle plan is proposed to run on a freight track from Buxton to popular walking and cycling trails in the area. The Buxton Town Team wants an electric rail service to the Monsal Trail, before seeing if it is possible for the Tissington Trail
New rail proposal to link Peak District tourist hot spots
The rail vehicle plan is proposed to run on disused freight track from Buxton.

That's a shame, would've been the perfect venue for it, like the Mayfield Depot last season but on an even bigger scale.
Maybe they'll use the stadium this year, couldn't be used last season as something called the Weekend were there.
(Assuming we reach the final of course )

The City Visitor Charge, a £1 per room, per night fee, was introduced in April 2023 to pay for measures aimed at attracting more visitors.
The Manchester Accommodation BID, a body representing 74 hotels and serviced apartments providers in the city
Data released by the group showed there were about 12,900 bed spaces in the city centre in 2023, up from 10,500 in 2019.
Average occupancy had fallen slightly in that time from 81% in 2019, to 78% last year.
It is predicted close to 6,000 new rooms will become available in the city in the coming year.
Mr Mishra said "big plans" were emerging in the next year to make the city even more attractive to visitors.

Its designed specifically to mean the worst seat is considerably closer to the stage, than at the MEN/other venues. Thats a very good thing. Holds more but closer to the action. Perfect!!

They’re putting up some sort of structure with an angular roof next to the campus bridge on the stadium side. Possibly somewhere for the building staff to go?
