Eto'o's agent to clarify position tomorrow

Soccer: The agent of Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o will hold a press conference tomorrow in a bid to clarify the Manchester City target's future.

The Cameroon international's future is the subject of conjecture as he enters the final year of his current contract at the Nou Camp, while Barca president Joan Laporta claimed yesterday that City have made a "stratospheric offer" for the forward.

It has been reported City have tabled a £25million (€29million) bid for the striker but reports emanating from Spain suggest Eto'o's representative, Jose Maria Mesalles, is to announce that the forward plans to see out his deal at Barca.

In honesty IMO Barca have there balls in a vice, they have to unload him to us or they lose out on £35 million. 25 for the deal and 10 apparently in some form of ''loyalty'', (got to laugh at that one) payment.
