Peter Hitchens is a far right writer who is a self confessed imperialist and want's Britain to go back to ruling other countries.

That's not going to be the most considered and reasonable video.
So the idea of one political entity ruling over another is an abhorrent thought for you?

How did you vote again?

Tbh i doubt my Mrs would know what TTiP was if it fell on her head. She's only recently qualified as a nurse, and the reasons for voting for leave are more based on what she saw/experienced while she was doing her training/degree & also how the UK (& EU) should function in her view.
Mrs MTK is a senior staff nurse, and both daughters are Nurses...all voted out. The wife has raised TTIP with suits at the hospital, to be met with a mixture of pooh pooing and Hurrumphing...

Pity the MSM have mainly confused and distorted the issues to the detriment of the Brexit vote.
Unfortunately people vote for the immediate concern of their bellies and pockets and Project Fear has had some success with the feeble minded.
Our children and grandchildren are the ones who will have to suffer under an anti-democratic,corrupt and Corporate controlled EU, should the vote go the way of remain.
As an aside, I have read there will be no Exit polls by the major TV or newspapers. If this be true we have shades of the Scottish referendum and vote manipulation to look forward to.
Whatever happens, Cameron is a dead duck, so he will be dumped by his Masters and his incompetent Chancellor Osborne too.
The larger picture of the EU and its NATO attack dog loom menacingly in the Baltics, and trolling US Navy destroyers in the Black Sea.
This issue was never raised and is an adJunct to the failure of the EU to maintain peace in Europe. There is a dark cloud hanging over the sunny uplands of this Sceptred Isle.

More dodging. People don't like Cameron for his policies. People don't like Juncker for his policies in Europe.

How do we, the citizens of the European Union, remove a Commissioner from their appointed position, corrupt or not? If we disagree with the motives and political views of an appointed Commissioner, how can we remove them from their appointed position?

Zero dodging but now you are making a better effort of formulating what you are trying to say we can begin.
If not corrupt, there is no need. Like the PM his position comes up every five years and he will be moved on. The next guy will be elected by the heads of states who are there as the country has elected them.
If corrupt, find what they have been corrupt about, file charges, arrest them, and the President and his commission may be removed from office by a vote of censure from Parliament. Parliament has ever done this to date, however the imminence of such a vote in 1999, due to allegations of financial mismanagement, led to the Jacques Santer amongst others resigning on their own accord, before the Parliamentary vote.

So which has more authority in the UK, the Crown Court or the ECJ?

Depends on the case.

It also doesn't just go from the crown court straight to European courts.

Many laws in this country are also made by unelected judges which is under Common Law.

Pam was banned for calling Brexit voters names, can the other side stop it too.

In fact that's part of the problem. There is only two sides allowed on this, a yes or no vote.

I've voted in but it's not like I'm a lover of everything the E.U. does and I certainly am not a voter of Cameron.
