Ffs, I haven't said it has, they deal through TEC (which is who we deal with, to get to the US) and then it will be TTIP.
If Brexit got put through we would be locked out of TEC and then TTIP.

How about if Europe's most powerful man suggested we turn a blind eye to him annexing Poland and form a cosy alliance. Surely that would be worth consideration too? I don't think Obama hates or even dislikes the UK, but to think he has anything but US interests at heart is naive.

I can finish off Obama's argument right now. He loses his power in November. He officially loses his power in January of 2017, but he's basically finished now from a legislative influence standpoint, and has no de facto power after November. He's a lame duck and, aside from that, congress is too busy campaigning to make any major legislative pushes between now and November.

Whether you stay or go, it makes no difference. Barack Obama will have absolutely no power to affect Britain in future trade deals. You're going to have to deal with Hillary, Trump or Bernie, probably. And they don't care what Obama thinks.
