I remember 2006 well, some very iffy shit went on in that world cup. If I remember correctly Italy won one match 1-0 which allowed them to progress with a clear offside goal. An offside goal only allowed because an opposition player was of the pitch injured and being treated behind the goal. Its was very very fucking dodgy that decision.

That is in Euro 2008 and went AGAINST Italy.

He won't remember EURO 2008, England weren't in it

Yawn, pity you don't remember the 2002 World Cup when we were cheated to a defeat to S.Korea.

Not really sure what point you're trying to make with this picture
You claimed you were cheated out of the 2002 WC by S. Korea. He was merely indicating that you're not the only team/nation to have been on the end of a shite refereeing decision.

Re: Italy vs. Spain

Fear for Spain today - don´t know why just think the Italians will be ready for this one.Playing Bobby Manc mind games too. Should be special whatever the outcome

Re: Italy vs. Spain

OK, let me try to justify my OP.

My first memories of Italian teams were in the early '70s, when I was about ten years old. It always seemed to me that Italian tactics were to foul the opponents and to stop them scoring my any means.

These impressions stuck and that is why I have never supported Italy or Italian teams.

However, with Mario now in our ranks, I want Italy to do well, as I do all other countries with City players in the team.

Maybe you don't know that the crysis is global.
Maybe you don't know how runs the economy, and you just believe in standard's and poor's.
You know that your country is the most in debt in the whole world ?You know that you're in recession too ?
You know that the rate of inflation of your country is so high ?
Now you can't see the problem because your bank can still produce new money to put into the country, cause you're out the euro-zone.But it's like a soap bubbles.
I'm not telling that we are not in a very bad situation for our faluts, I'm just telling that the economic world is in crysis.
I'm telling that mafia and criminal organization are so rooted in our country, but the big part of our people is honest.

And I know my country history and I'm proud of it.
If you see us just truoght stereotypes you are very strict-minded.

No problem, now you've made your point :D.
But I've always thought that this is football too... I don't care to play in a defensive way, I can put 10 players near the GK, score a lucky/fast goal and keep it till the end.
Tki-taka Barca style is a way of plying footbal, not the only one.
