What's the format for this competition nowadays?

I take it there are a couple of knockout rounds (proper) then onto the league, then more knockouts?

no just one play off round for us and then hopefully onto the league stages

agreed nothing else whets the appetite there
also noticed we are back up into pot2 in league stages provided we get through and there are no shocks in the champs play offs

It doesn't matter if there's a shock or not.... we won't stay in pot 2 as Dinamo Kiev & Sporting Braga have better co-efficients than us and they are not seeded....... so it looks like it's back to Pot 3, but then I don't think it matters that much imo

I agree, but we have a 50% chance of a trip to Eastern Europe - just under half of the teams we can be drawn against are over there.....long road trip....
