Euros 2012 Impressive players transfer discussion thread

Been some great players in this tournament so far.

Piszczek, Blaszczykowski and Hummels. All three of these Dortmund players are class acts.

Chiellini and Pirlo have impressed, the only blip was when Chiellini missed his header which led to Mandzukic scoring for Croatia.

Mandzukic has also been a beast.

Iniesta and David Silva have been Spains stand out players.

Dzagoyev from Russia looks like a real prospect and Arshavin was epic.

Nicklas Bendtner has carried on his Sunderland form for Denmark.

Danny Welbeck has impressed me for England. I always thought he was shit and whilst i know he isn't top Class, he is very hungry and gives alot for the team.

Samir Nasri is showing his ability for France and is outshining Benzema and Ribery, but together they do make a fearsome strike force.

If we could sign any of these players then the ones that would improve City for me are; Hummels, Chiellini and Dzagoyev.

In the words of the Virgin Mary "Come again?"

Yes and he has been wank, criticised by everyone and nearly anyone who can speak Russian is saying he should be dropped permanently let alone not be captain. He was decent in first game but so bad in the other 2 Russia might as well played with a corpse in his posistion

Nasri and Silva are at another level compared to anyone.

Clichy has been phenomenal.

Balo is about to come alive.

Lescott is England's best defender

Milner is quietly England's best midfielder.

Not the City I remember that's for certain.

Agreed mate, looks the business does that lad, what club does he play for ?

Unfortunately,Dortmund.......

A late developer though by all accounts,he struggled in his early career.
Confused with Piszczek perhaps?

Sorry, yes, getting my teams mixed up,Perquis is who i was referring to.From Sochaux he'd probably be 'available'.

Is Balo going to be fit for today's match?

If he was in the middle he'd have a chance of that being true but as it stands I can't agree with that. Milner hasn't been shocking but he's looked a tad lost a times on the wing, although he has helped out Glen Johnson a lot defensively.

Not watching Real Madrid very often, it has been very nice to see just what a cracking player Xabi Alonso is.
Maybe he's eager to come back to the north west of England?
