I can see how the novelty could soon wear off. Being in and around players on £100k+ a week flashing the cash. And you’re there with a modest wage trying to survive

They get paid what they are due imo. No championships without championship players. Can’t have all the cash going to Sly & PL.

I've seen various City jobs advertised on Linkedin and not one showed the salary.

I’ve seen a few with a basic salary advertised mate. Groundsman was on for £25k a year. Producer for city tv £35k a year.
