Listened to it on GMR. Honest question did Gundog slow the game down in the middle when he came on? For me he's just a tad too slow as a creative player for us.

Well that first half was the about best one-half of football I have ever seen. City destroyed Everton and but for some good last dutch defenfing, could have been 6 or 7 goals up. Second half City just played posession football to run the clock down and not exert too much energy or risk injury for Wednesday.

not sure what the point is here but they scored and barely touched the ball again , next 5 mins we had 89% possession , we have big games coming up closing the game off is normal .

Second half was slightly disappointing as we played possession football rather than putting them to the sword.

Bigger fish to fry, the second half was utterly correct, rest rest rest.

I know what you mean but sometimes its not as simple as that, battling qualities are as important as cantering over the opposition and I think we have that in our armoury.
