Everton (a) post-match thread

It looked like a pretty clear-cut handball to me. Not that I'm all that arsed. About time we had some luck. It'll give the scousers something to cry about as well. Happy days
Oh me too, but if that red/green zone image is true and the sleeve/arm thing comes into play and you have to say more of the ball has touched one or the other I can see why it goes with the on pitch decision. No "clear and obvious". Got away with one, though, I'd be fuming if I was an Everton fan.

Today's Video Assistant Referee's panel deny any bias

It’s not a pen if it’s offside surely. Perhaps that’s why they turned it down and failed to vocalise it… grasping at straws I know:) that was a tough watch overall!

Carney and Richards think Everton deserved a draw.

Can anyone tell me A) what’s someone that played at her level doing commenting on the highest level and B) why Richards is so daft?

I kept checking on the MDC but thought EFC are gonna nick a goal here. When the goal came the MDC seems to say GOAL!!!! And the only word I saw was EVERTON. Fuckin' 'ell, I thought and then saw FODEN. I didn't dare look again in case the added time jinx made an appearance.

One headline that won't be around tomorrow: Champions grind out another three points.

Awful, awful match...on the back of another.

We need to get our attacking shit together. Train nothing but attack drills please pep for the next couple of months because i think we can do the whole passing sideways and backwards thing with our eyes closed at this point.

Kev crap, no midfield, forcing 3 cb's into the squad, etc etc etc...hopefully sporting will give us some much needed confidence back.

Phew
Think Var did not give a penalty as the PL wants a title fight and we have been average since Xmas so keeping us in it.

seriously though, not that it will be mentioned anywhere but a clear offside in therun up to the penalty call.

But we were awful again, got lucky with our goal but atm we look average with no threat up front.
12 games in all competitions
10 wins
1 draw
1 defeat
33 goals for
10 against
weve not been that average since christmas
