I didn't say not to give them ago, but when you see this site go into meltdown because we won playing poorly at Watford I wonder what the reaction would be. 4 fronts could soon be two if we don't step up our performances. However it's only Norwich, the mighty city should turn them over no bother
Let's hope so hey!! But if we are gonna be fighting on all fronts it is a good idea to utilise the squad and by that I mean the kids. You never know, we might have a gem or two.

Hart (willy to play v norwich)
Zabaleta
Otamendi
Mangala
Clichy
Fernando
Fernandinho
Navas
Silva
De bruyne
Aguero

We need to start managing the players better. Kolarov was shocking yesterday clichy needs to play. Give yaya a week rest.

We might well indeed have a gem or two and I'm sure the club know who they are. They should be played in prem games we are controlling, however first team struggling a little so opportunities not there.
We should be utilising the squad, that doesn't mean young academy kids as people are implying. there are plenty of squad players, the young prospects purchased and highlighted by others here I would play first.

If he plays 3-4 kids we will go out of the fa cup
Nobody is suggesting a team full of kids - even when fergie won it with his "kids" in 1996, the spine of the team was formed of experienced pros.

Starting with a couple of kids (from the likes of Nacho, garcia, Roberts, maffeo) and getting 1-2 more on as substitutes is not asking for much, is it? It would in fact improve our chances of victory against what would be a tired Everton, and give a few of our first teamers a much needed break.

If our manager can't see that, or can't win a single match without playing our main stars, well, simply means we need a different manager.

These are the games where we need the likes of Delph and Clichy to be fit and ready. We have to be aware of the Everton tactic of the long diagonal ball. The tie is not won on wednesday night unless one of the teams puts in an abysmal performance. Keep it tight, play on the break, a classic european away style game please.

With the following personnel we could play a multitude of formations

....................Hart...................
Sagna...Otomendi...Mangala...Clichy
Fernandinho....Yaya.............Delph
Navas...........Aguero............Silva

Everton`s weakness? For me it would be the keeper if Howard plays. If it`s Robles, Everton fans think the team is stronger.

We have a almost a fully fit squad, many of whom will need to play to keep them match fit. I am not suggesting for I minute we don't utilise all members of the squad including any academy boys knocking on the door, but as we have already seen this season the gap between clubs is narrowing so squad management needs to be done carefully. Norwich will be up for this after winning last 3 and i can't see them saving themselves for the league. We lose and MP will be criticised for playing the wrong team whichever way he decides. Let's hope we win either way.

Solid gold fan forum drivel.

To suggest we prioritise giving a bit of 'game time' to undeveloped teenagers in a game of this importance is utter idiocy and divorced from reality.
