Everton (home) Semi Final Tickets

Seat counter report, 9.35am.

A number of single seats have appeared on East Stand level 2, which I would guess are relocators back to the Colin Bell.

The three central blocks in the CB appear to have sold (rough estimate) 1500 since last tea-time.

Tickets sold so far I'd say about 48K. Estimated attendance 50-51K.

Seat Counter Report Over. Next report approximately 1pm.

Some right fannys on here, if we sell out excellent, if we dont, who gives a shit.

There will no doubt be Everton fans on our end, just as there was blues in the shit end at old trafford in 2010. As someone else has already alluded to Everton's 'lads' will be in the away end, the fans in our end will be just that, fans, the only thing that will happen if some of them cant sit on their hands is someone will complain and moan to the stewards and the Everton fans will more than likely be thrown out.

People love to scaremonger, if you dont want to be involved in trouble tonight you wont be.

I was on the front page of the mirror if memory serves me right, police horse with old bill grabbing me by the scruff of the neck, the headline said,
"the ugly face of football", never lived it down.

The good old days :-)

That you worsleyweb?

If the rest of the ground is sold out (SE and SW corners as well?) then that's 49,000. If a a thousand gone in CB3 then we must be just nudging 50k. I think we'll get 51k. 20,000 more than Man Utd got against Boro

We'll probably lose more on segregation for this one with it being a cup tie. I expect the first few rows of SS L2 will be left empty plus gaps on that level either side of the scousers. The capacity will probably be about 53,000. DD's figures are probably about right.

I'd say you are over-estimating there. I bet there are over a thousand seats just for segregation. I reckon the front couple of rows of the middle tier might be left empty, as well as a buffer area on each side. That's why my estimates were lower than yours. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a high number of last minute sales between now and kickoff, though.

I think we have sold 50,500 to date - our capacity is 54,500 - we have sold 1500 in the Colin Bell 3rd - I actually make it 1750 - but lets go with yours - leaves 4000 in total to sell. (I think 3750) - we have a chance of selling that today. Lots of orange evident.
