Everton (home) Semi Final Tickets

If the rest of the ground is sold out (SE and SW corners as well?) then that's 49,000. If a a thousand gone in CB3 then we must be just nudging 50k. I think we'll get 51k. 20,000 more than Man Utd got against Boro
thats not true though is it, dont believe everything you read.

Everton were one of the "Big 5" who were behind the threat to form a breakaway league which led to the ending of the revenue sharing agreement, the ITV deal prior to the PL, which hsshowed those clubs almost exclusively, and the formation of the PL. The irony is that, of those 5 clubs, 3 (them, Spurs & Liverpool) have never actually won the PL.
And let's not forget our old dear chairman Peter J Swales was also one of the strongest advocates of the PL. He pushed and pushed for it and we ended up one of the biggest losers - and now we're perhaps the club that's gained most (after mufc/afc and arguably Chelsea). By the end of the decade we could well be the one who, financially, generates most income etc.

I think your going to be looking at anywhere between 1200-2000 evertonians in city end.

Majority have purchased from friend in Manchester with payment details registered in Manchester.

I've personally got 40, all paid five tickets at a time from Manchester lads who also have previous purchase history.

Think fan wise, it will be a complete mix, people on own and groups. Also a lot of fans who a regular away fans will be in city end as they travel without a season ticket to always, Everton issued tickets to over 20,000 home season ticket holders (or the option to buy) who didn't have away credits so the large amount in Everton tonight are not regular away travellers.

Still wouldn't expect trouble but obviously anyone over excited would be shifted out by stewards.

City should segregate part of the stand opened for sale yesterday and offer Everton fans the option of relocation.

Yes -

Big game for us, not as frequent at semis as we used to be and Derby at stake if we win.

Martinez could be carried out the ground one way or another tonight.
