I bet it wouldn't because the pricing for Liverpool was too high. In fact it was ridiculously high, mainly due to Liverpool not being prepared to allow us reduce prices.
If there are 48000 there then I think that's good. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about.
I still think it would have sold out, Liverpool had a good team with gerrard etc, and people would have wanted to come and see us beat them. After all the utd semi wasn't cheap but that sold out for a first leg.
But your right about the fuss I think they will be a good crowd on weds.

What are you talking about? There will be 50000 people there for a game on TV, after Xmas in atrocious weather when Manchester has huge traffic issues. I suggest you man up.
