You obviously didnt read the article. It is not just gate receipts that are included in the revenue calculation. Non football related income close to the ground is also included. This is why our good Sheik plans to build a BILLION pound leisure and sports facility in and around Eastlands. Then we have the various sponsorship deals, stadium naming rights etc etc. Like I said these new rules will not have the impact some of the scum fans are hoping for.

Plus the fact that non-football investments bearing the club's name as a clear part of their trading also count. So even a bloody investment house bearing the club's name would count under the most lax interpretation of the rules. But failing that the Eastlands redevelopment and multiple new sponsorship deals (these may be tested to ensure they're at 'market value' sure, but the rules clearly state no limit on how many there can be) will easily have it covered.

Financial Fair Play rules are nothing to concern anyone at our club. It's gonna be a laugh seeing the reactions of these desperate rivals that have pinned their hopes on them when they realise just how ineffectual they are.

stadium naming rights should bring in a few squid..

ie 100 mill the Emirates....The dippers are looking at 240 mill if they get a new stadium....
