Mancini would be a great appointment, short term but great at recruitment and bringing a selfish winning mentality to the club and it would be the type of job that Roberto may well relish, I am sure he would like to get one over the dippers.
He would run a mile rather than take us on

Allegedly there's a board meeting tomorrow, can't see Benitez being sacked so hopefully Brands gets jibbed off or Blue Bill resigns.
Talks also of a walkout by fans on the 27th minute, but can see that causing more issues than it resolves. Fans turning on other fans who stay or leave is the last thing we need.
27 minutes? bit early that, we have a tradition at city of getting up & walking out around 75-80 minutes,
Never figured out why & I Dont do it myself but it does seem quite popular, thousands do it every game...

Whilst i have no ill feeling towards everton, my enemies enemy is my friend and all that, plus in the 80s i always wanted them to win the league when we were never going to do so and to stop rags/dippers winning it .. i also have always thought they need to be relegated at some point after cheating relegation when hans segers took the bung in that last game of the season.
Everton 2-0 down but won 3-2 after segers let a few through his legs

Lot of urban myths about that game - not one of the goals went through his legs. First was a penalty, he went the wrong way.
Second was a screamer that went in off the post high in the net
Third was possibly debatable on how well sighted he was, went to the right of a diving Segers.

How was the penalty awarded? I mean did the keeper bring the opponent down?
(Asking as I don't know)
