It just goes to show with everton, that spending money is the easy bit. Theyve spent a hell of a lot of money on utter pap

People go on about city just spending, and how easy it is when you can buy anyone u like.
But actually, spending is easy peasy, its buying the right players (right in many ways) thats the very hard bit
I can still clearly remember so-called experts questioning whether Bobby could manage "all those egos" of the expensive players City bought, though I don’t recall any of them admitting that they’d got it wrong, and we’d spent the money well.

Had some one say to me the other day (a red obviously) “oh pep will just go out and buy a few more players”. Its as though its as easy as that!
 
I expected Everton to get relegated last year but to their credit they didn't. Unfortunately I haven't seen any improvement this season, if anything they've regressed. If they are still down there at the end of the season with it still in their own hands and some favourable home games, I think they may scrape it again. A rabid Goodison can be pretty intimidating for the opposition
