I am sure Everton wanted FFP and now it’s come to bite them.

It is well known that Everton tried the Covid impact having excessive impact on their finances.

I am sure Everton wanted FFP and now it’s come to bite them.

I know its connected to covid but if the Premier league get the charges to stick as they had agreed that it was within ffp guidelines at the time, it strengthens their stance when it comes to City.

Uefa are bringing in 70% revenue which is probably worse than ffp & thats saying something

There are several Everton posters on here who have always been decent. It is them I feel sorry for (and all the other decent ones that arent on here of course !!) as it is a shit show that they can do nothing about.
We've been there, Swales, Franny, having to sell SWP to stay solvent. I hope the Qatar lot see sense and sack their bid for the rags and buy Everton, as that us unlikely to happen, I just hope you stay up and somehow sort it.

Another step down the rabbit hole that is FFP ! The PL really haven't realised that the can of worms they have opened in trying to stop City is infinitely more damaging to the product than the odd club going bust and having to re-set.

And I predict that, in the not too distant future, they are going to realise what a monumental shitshow they've got themselves in.
