On and off the pitch now the club is in as big a mess as ever. Fans turning on each other all over social media and 3 difficult games coming up.
Not a good position for you, but I think Dyche will keep you up. I certainly don't want to see Everton relegated. I genuinely can't imagine the shite your fans would go through if you were relegated and your neighbours won the league. Insufferable doesn't come close. On and off the pitch now the club is in as big a mess as ever. Fans turning on each other all over social media and 3 difficult games coming up.
It is obvious that Everton has been terribly run off the field but that still doesn't make the FFP rules justifiable. I can't see the point of continually docking points from clubs which just pushes them even closer to bankruptcy and so makes them even less sustainable in the longer-term. I also don't see that Everton have gained any sporting advantage from being run in such an incompetent way. What a shambles for the fans who deserve better. I hope you get out of this hole.On and off the pitch now the club is in as big a mess as ever. Fans turning on each other all over social media and 3 difficult games coming up.
They played Bournemouth on Saturday which is about a 20 mins walk for me. I couldn't be arsed going and seeing mates who had come down for it. Pissed off up to London for the day, and just knew we'd mess it up somehow. Decades of being poorly run is beginning to take it's toll and it's hard to summon up any passion in them. I'm not arsed about them, I've done my years of watching home and away, pre season tours and using up all your annual leave on the cnuts. It is obvious that Everton has been terribly run off the field but that still doesn't make the FFP rules justifiable. After watching City since 1967/68 I would urge you to keep the faith. I really believe that the new stadium with new owners will galvanise Everton. It may take a few years to sort and you may have to be relegated first (like we were) but the waterfront location will pull in external investment. Staying at Goodison would have wiped you out as a club in my view. They played Bournemouth on Saturday which is about a 20 mins walk for me. Mind you a Derby win in a few weeks and I might give it another go !!
