Everton has been found guilty of breaches and punished twice, NOW how come nobody says Everton are Cheaters relegate them, Leading Sports channels are doing witch hunts on their shows every day with the 115 charges,
Every Tom Dick and Harry is in the studio or on Zoom calling for demotion to none league football,

Everton is a mess and 100% cheaters, But it's okay because it's a good old club

Come on ancoats. I know you don't think the rules are fair. And I know you don't think the are designed to identify real "cheaters" and deal with them. And most certainly because City get called cheats and insulted because 115 ridiculous charges have been brought against us doesn't justify action against Everton. The answer is no daft rules in the first place.

What "crime" was the six (or ten) point deduction meant to deal with? Your grievance appears to be the behaviour of some Everton fans, but you're prepared to jump into bed with the cartel to feel better. Do you not remember when City ran at a loss? When it looked as though administration beckoned in 2008? Who would have suffered had a very rich Sheikh not bought our club? And shown that money and investment were a massive part of the solution? But the PL wants to talk of cheating and other irrelevances rather than trying to deal with the real problems of football. Like the terrible state of some football grounds - so bad even that on wet days fans in certain seats at certain grounds have to move to avoid the torrent coming through the roof.

I think if City had not been taken over we would not be in the mess Everton is in right now, Yes we would be in debt and struggling but we sort of knew the level we were at, The trouble in 2008 was not really our fault and more an international politics with Thaksin Shinawatra funds being frozen, But by then Manchester City was still in good shape if not in the short term then long term a sound investment with a new stadium with a 100-year lease,

Also failed Breaches of PSR or FFP should be punished ruthlessly with relegation, 6 points deduction early season is a joke and not a deterrent to stop others from doing it,

It isn’t. It’s PSR. Once you’ve invested in bad players, you are entombed by the system.

The trouble is the mess the whole club is in, The value of Everton including the debt and the new stadium is too high
also, Something is fishy with who wants the slice of the pie first ? the debtors claiming we should be paid in full and then the owner gets what's left of the sale,

100% if you have broken the rules the only punishment is relegation, even if City are found guilty I would want the right punishment dished out and relegation, Deterrent is the key, strong punishment makes you think about doing it in the first place,
